- 2 cups fresh cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 2 cups cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber, chopped pineapple, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Add the cold water to the blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher to remove the pulp, if desired.
