  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup seasoned ground beef (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with taco seasoning.
  3. Place one large flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Layer 1/4 of the seasoned ground beef, followed by 1/4 of the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the nacho cheese.
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with sliced black olives if using.
  6. Place the second tortilla on top, pressing down gently.
  7. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla up and over the filling, creating pleats to form a wrap. Make sure to seal it tightly.
  8. Carefully place the wrapped crunch on the heated skillet seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with black beans or lentils.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for an extra kick of flavor.
