Crockpot Glazed Steak Bites are tender, flavorful pieces of beef cooked in a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for a hassle-free meal.

  • 2 lb beef sirloin or chuck steak, cut into -inch cubes
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
  • Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Place them evenly in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, honey, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Pour sauce over the beef and toss gently. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until beef is tender.
  4. Stir cornstarch slurry into the crockpot and cook on HIGH for 10–15 minutes, until glaze thickens (optional).
  5. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve.

  • For a thicker glaze, use the cornstarch slurry.
