A delicious and easy recipe for Crockpot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary until well combined.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Transfer the seared pork tenderloin to the crockpot. Pour the balsamic glaze mixture over the pork, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the pork from the crockpot and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the sliced pork drizzled with the remaining balsamic glaze from the crockpot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the balsamic glaze mixture.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes to complement the flavors of the pork.
