2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the spinach leaves, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until the spinach is evenly coated.
Spread the spinach mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the leaves are not overlapping to ensure even crisping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the spinach is crispy and slightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your crispy spinach chips as a healthy snack!
Notes
