  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  3. Add the halved baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  4. Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
