Crispy Beef & Cheese Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make snack, perfect for parties or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges as you go.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. For extra crispiness, you can spray the rolls lightly with cooking spray before baking.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Swap out the cheddar cheese for pepper jack or mozzarella for a different flavor profile.
  • Serve these rolls with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
