Ingredients
Scale
1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked seafood.
Transfer the seafood mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the seafood.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
Substitute the seafood with cooked chicken or vegetables for a different flavor profile.
