Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the finely chopped dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and fresh dill (if using) to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a tangier flavor, you can add more pickles.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled with your choice of crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
