Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Tortilla chips or fresh veggies for serving
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Add the finely chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
If using, fold in the chopped cilantro for added flavor.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier kick, leave some seeds in the jalapeños or add a dash of hot sauce to the mix.
You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
