Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)
1/2 cup diced green onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or as a topping for tacos.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.
Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier twist while maintaining creaminess.
