Ingredients
Scale
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
4 large flour tortillas
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla up to form a log. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
After chilling, remove the wraps and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
Substitute the flour tortillas with whole wheat or spinach tortillas for a healthier option.
