Ingredients
Scale
1 pound lump crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the lump crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the crab mixture in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is heated through.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the crab mixture before baking.
Substitute crab meat with shrimp or lobster for a different seafood twist.
