2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and frozen mixed vegetables. Mix until well combined.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture. If using, add the crushed tortilla chips on top for added crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a healthier twist, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the cream cheese.
You can also add diced bell peppers or mushrooms to the mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
If you prefer a spicier dish, mix in some diced jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce.
