Season both sides of the pork chops with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
Serve the pork chops drizzled with the creamy sauce and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning.
