A delicious no-bake Coconut Cream Pie Dip that combines creamy textures with the sweet flavor of coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded coconut and vanilla extract, mixing until evenly distributed.
  4. In a serving dish, layer half of the dip mixture, then sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining dip and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Top with toasted coconut flakes for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
