- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated carrots, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
