1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 (10 oz) can of refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread the cheese and pepperoni mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal.
Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

For a vegetarian option, substitute pepperoni with sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives.
