Ingredients
Scale
2 cups pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup marinara sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked meatballs, sliced (beef, turkey, or chicken)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a 13×18-inch sheet pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit the size of the sheet pan. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, pressing it into the corners and up the sides slightly.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the sliced meatballs.
In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, and the crust is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into squares and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute meatballs with sliced mushrooms or bell peppers.
Add your favorite toppings such as olives, onions, or peppers for extra flavor and texture.
