Cheesy Garlic Butter Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack, featuring flaky crescent rolls filled with gooey cheese and a flavorful garlic butter mixture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.
  4. Brush each triangle with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over each triangle.
  6. Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle tightly to form a crescent shape.
  7. Place the rolled-up dough on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
  • Substitute the mozzarella cheese with cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor profile.
