3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a third of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Add another layer of the buffalo chicken mixture, followed by 4 more lasagna noodles. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ricotta mixture, another third of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and the last layer of buffalo chicken.
Top with the final 4 lasagna noodles, the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and the grated Parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the layers.
Substitute ground turkey or beef for the shredded chicken for a different flavor profile.
