Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the patties to help them brown while baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and golden brown on the outside. An internal temperature of 160°F should be reached.
Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
Serve the patties with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue or ranch, for extra flavor.
