  • 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.

  4. In a large baking dish, spread the frozen French fries evenly across the bottom.
  5. Layer the cooked ground beef over the fries.
  6. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the beef, then sprinkle the diced pickles and onions if using.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the fries are crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes before baking.
  • You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
