  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, forming a round pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven. If using, sprinkle the cooked sausage and diced bell peppers evenly over the crust.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the toppings are heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions before slicing and serving with pizza sauce on the side.
