Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the spices to blend.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine, then add the Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. Continue stirring until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
