2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the chicken mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top the mixture with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
Substitute the buffalo sauce with barbecue sauce for a milder flavor profile.
