  • 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mayo and cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
