Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 French baguette, sliced for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
While the dip is baking, prepare the baguette slices by arranging them on a baking sheet. Optionally, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with a little garlic powder for extra flavor.
Bake the baguette slices in the oven for the last 10 minutes of the dip’s baking time, until they are toasted and golden.
Remove both the dip and the baguette from the oven. Let the dip cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the dip mixture.
To make it a little healthier, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the sour cream.
