- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- For the streusel topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In a small bowl, prepare the streusel topping by mixing the flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Spoon the donut batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
