Ingredients
Scale
2 large flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped (about 8 slices)
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a separate saucepan, combine the milk and Monterey Jack cheese over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth to create the creamy cheese sauce.
Lay the flour tortillas flat and evenly distribute the cooked beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
Drizzle the creamy cheese sauce over the fillings.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a burrito.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with extra creamy cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option, and use low-fat cheese for a lighter version.
