Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the convenience of biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place the sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • Substitute the cheddar cheese with pepper jack or mozzarella for a different flavor profile.
